This is the most recent video that she posted. There aren't any words on this one but it just sounds amazing. It's pretty calm and peaceful. I actually played it multiple times just to find a sense of peace in my head and just to do some deep breathing. I think I found my opening song for doing yoga. I was suppose to have been doing yoga at the start of the new year; New Year's Resolution and whatnot but I haven't been doing it. Whoops? If I'm not happy at the end of the year, well that's my own damn fault.
